The team at Pomme enjoyed a relaxing long weekend on Norris Lake in Tennessee for our second annual team retreat. It was a long-anticipated trip and we spent time celebrating each other’s wins from the past year, setting goals for the next year and enjoying time together as a team.
We’re a firm believer in retreats. Certainly, they don’t all have to be fancy vacations, but making time for team development is a critical, but often overlooked component of agency life. Creating a strong and supportive environment is a core value at Pomme and we left feeling recharged and excited for the (extremely busy!) few weeks ahead.
